Poha Rice Flakes Snack

Method

1. Rinse Flaked rice in collinder until water runs clear and set asside

2. Heat Oil in frying pan over high heat and fry peanuts until crispy. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaf and fry until the seeds start to pop

3. Add Cumin seed and onion to the frying pan for 3-4 min. Then add turmeric and red chilli powder and fry for a further 1 minute

4. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook until tomatoes become mushy. Then add the flaked rice and mix gentley.

5. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Serve Hot or Cold
