Dairy Free Chocolate Ice Cream

Serves: 6-8

Time: 10 active minutes (then 4 hrs to cool and freeze)

Difficulty: Easy

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a belnder/food processor and blend on high until thick and creamy (1-2min)

2. Let mixture chill in fridge for 2-4 hours

3. Put mixure into ice cream maker and churn (as per manufacturers advice)

4. Put in a freeze safe container and freeze until needed

Allow to thaw a little before serving if too hard to scoop
